This modern site gracing a roundabout is a pleasant megalithic surprise in East Anglia, a region otherwise bereft of standing stones. This stone circle is roughly a semicircle, in the corner between two lines of retail units. It improves an otherwise unlovely retail estate outside B & Q and Comet. The stones were installed when the site was built in the late 1990s, left in the original natural attractive dark grey with a hint of purple. A couple of years after installation some twit with no aesthetic sensibility had the stones varnished, but the weather is slowly making good, restoring them to the original form. A panoramic view is available
