A massive henge, enclosing a grassed-over area 48m in diameter with stones set side by side into it. It is difficult to give a feel for the scale of the henge. Stand at the centre and take a look all round with the Apple Quicktime panoramic view (600kB).
Until 1826 (34) there used to be a great open stone circle 52 metres across of 72 stones scarcely 30m north of Lios/Grange. Tragically this has been largely destroyed, but a smaller companion of 15 stones about 20m in diameter at R632405 still exists.
